Summary
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Lubricants group. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, have the ability to learn new software systems and work in a team environment. You must be analytical, detailed, and organized, with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including receiving, reviewing, and entering incoming lubricants orders, coordinating with designated production facilities, and ensuring timely production and delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for CLTs, key accounts, customers, warehouses, and transportation, with a strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage the approval process for marketing credits and gift card disbursements related to the gallon's incentive program.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with both Branded and Private Label customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Analyze and resolve order-related disputes, including issues related to damaged products, mis-shipments, and invoicing discrepancies.
- May also provide technical support to company employees.
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Support and/or Technical Support
- High School diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lubricants or manufacturing industries
- 5+ years of customer service or technicial customer service role
- Associates degree preferred
- Experience with JD Edwards or SAP
- Knowledge of cooperative system
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical, detailed, and organized
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with maintaining accuract and efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work extended hours to meet business demands

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
